PetroInTech respects the privacy of its website visitors, customers, prospective customers, business partners, contractors, job applicants and other people who communicate with us. This Website Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, store and protect personal data when you visit https://petrointech.com or contact us through the website, email, telephone, WhatsApp or linked online services.

PetroInTech is the Data Controller for the processing described in this Policy. We are a Saudi-based industrial and environmental solutions company located in Al Khobar, Eastern Province, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. We process personal data in accordance with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL), its Implementing Regulations, the Regulation on Personal Data Transfer Outside the Kingdom and other applicable Saudi laws.

We collect personal data that you provide when you submit an enquiry, request a quotation, communicate with us, subscribe to updates, attend an event, apply for a position or conduct business with PetroInTech. Depending on the interaction, this may include:

1. Your name, business email address, telephone or WhatsApp number, country and city.
2. Your employer, job title, industry, professional role and authority to represent an organization.
3. Enquiry details, correspondence, service requirements, proposal or quotation information and attachments you choose to send.
4. Recruitment information, such as your CV, qualifications, skills, employment history, licenses and communications with us.
5. Newsletter choices, marketing consent and unsubscribe records.
6. Technical information collected through the website, such as IP address, browser, device, operating system, pages visited, approximate visit times, referring page, security logs and cookie preferences.

We may also receive business contact information from your employer, an authorized representative, recruitment source, reference, event organizer, distributor, technical partner or lawful public business source. Where the PDPL requires notice after indirect collection, we will provide it within the applicable period unless a lawful exception applies.

Information marked as required in a form is needed to respond to or process the relevant request. If it is not provided, we may be unable to proceed. We do not intentionally request sensitive personal data, national identification documents or payment-card information through the public website. 5. Retention of Your Data

We keep personal data only while it is needed for the purpose described or for a lawful retention requirement. Website enquiries may generally be retained for up to two years after closure; unsuccessful recruitment applications for up to one year; marketing information until consent is withdrawn or after two years of inactivity; security logs for up to one year; privacy-request records for five years; and contractual or transaction records for up to ten years where legally or commercially required. When retention is no longer justified, data is securely deleted, destroyed or permanently anonymized.

6. Cross-Border or International Transfers

Some website, cloud, communications, regional-office or technical-support providers may process personal data outside Saudi Arabia. PetroInTech will limit transfers to the minimum necessary and comply with the PDPL and the Regulation on Personal Data Transfer Outside the Kingdom, including appropriate safeguards and risk assessments where required.

If dissatisfied, you may complain to SDAIA through https://sdaia.gov.sa or https://dgp.sdaia.gov.sa. A complaint should generally be filed within 90 days of the incident or awareness of it, unless a later complaint is accepted for reasonable cause.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Policy when our website, services, providers or legal obligations change. The revised version will be posted with a new last-updated date. Where a material change requires notice or new consent, PetroInTech will provide it before the new processing begins.
